SATURNO

The SATURNO steamtube oven is used for baking all kinds of bakery products, from small pastries to large loaves of bread.

The basic principle of operation consists in heating the oven space using a pipe system that is filled with water and  set into the fireclay lining. Heat transfer is ensured by pipes with a diameter of 35 mm and a wall thickness of 5.5 mm.

The pipe system is created in such a way that it bypasses all oven chambers and the bottom of the system is in the combustion space, from where it is heated to the required temperature.

 

Steam is created from the heated water in the pipes, which circulates and transfers its heat to the furnace chambers. 

The furnace can be switched from one medium to another in one hour because it is made to be universal.

Temperature maintenance

  • Our most robust oven with excellent ability to maintain and store heat for a long time. If you bake every day, Saturno is the right choice.

  • As an additional equipment, it is possible to install an electric damper on the chimney, which keeps the oven warm until the next baking.

Steaming

  • The basic equipment is manual vaporizers, which are controlled using manual valves for each chamber separately.

  • As an additional equipment, it is possible to install steaming with buttons that simplify the baker's work using electromagnetic valves.

Steam extraction

  • The basic equipment is manual steam extraction.

  • As an additional equipment, it is possible to install a system with automatic timers, which after steaming will open the valves after the time you set.

Chamber height

  • The basic height of the chamber is 180 mm, which we recommend for manual loading. However, if you want to use an automatic inserter, an increased height of the chamber to 220 mm is required.

Door

  • The basic width of the doors is 600 mm and they are made of glass.

  • As an additional equipment, stainless steel doors can be made, they can have a width of up to 900 mm. This option is recommended if you plan to use a planter.
